The Process
From location to situation and revenue requirements, we invest the necessary time to learn precisely what our clients seek in an acquisition. We then collaborate to develop an Ideal Acquisition Profile that guides our search. Outreach to Acquisition Targets includes network marketing through public speaking events, direct mail, e-mail campaigns, LinkedIn, and tele-sourcing as well as daily monitoring of on-market activity.
Unlike residential real estate, there is no Multiple Listing Service in home care. It’s all about contacts and relationships. We’re involved every step of the way from data collection to fit analysis, negotiation and deal execution.
